Loan Factory is seeking a Loan Officer Representative to join our team. The Loan Officer Representative will be responsible for gathering and analyzing feedback from internal loan officers to identify areas for improvement in our loan processing procedures and systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between internal loan officers and the Loan Factory management team.
- Gather feedback from loan officers regarding loan processing procedures, systems, and tools.
- Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement in loan processing procedures, systems, and tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, to develop and implement improvements.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of improvements and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of loan processing procedures and systems.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and company policies.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $84,000/ year.
