**About the Role:**
Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of LoanMax Title Loans, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to potential borrowers and current customers. As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing top-notch service, answering questions, and addressing concerns related to our loan products, vehicle evaluations, loan management, and payments.
**Responsibilities:**
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing timely and accurate solutions to their needs- Evaluate vehicles and assess loan eligibility, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage customer loan accounts, processing payments, and addressing any issues that may arise
- Conduct daily communication with customers, making courtesy calls when necessary, and providing personalized support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality

**Job Requirements:**
**General:**
Must be able to work full-time hours- Possess a great attitude, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail
**Education:**
High School Diploma required
**Work Experience:**
Previous customer service experience- Computer and data entry experience preferred
