loanDepot is adding additional digital content copywriter to our industry-leading team! Success in this role will be based upon building out compelling and accurate content that supports top of funnel lead generation, increases cross-sell and remarketing opportunities, and improves customer engagement. Responsibilities:
- Serves as an expert across multiple levels of copywriting from headlines, body copy, scripts, long-form projects, short-form projects, social media posts and more; showcasing a proven ability to write clear, persuasive, articulate and original copy.
- Translates service and/or product information into an engaging narrative that can be used to educate and/or entertain a targeted B2B or B2C audience.
- Conceptualizes, writes and publishes articles that market our brand, our products and our thought leaders.
- Maintains brand and tone of voice consistency across all channels on all copy.
- Collaborates with internal teams such as art directors, graphic designers, and digital marketing specialists to ensure optimal content development and execution.
- Effectively edits and proofreads copy, as well as articles written by internal partners and/or colleagues.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a similar field.
- Experience in the finance, mortgage or insurance industry strongly preferred. Experience working with, and providing content for, sales professionals preferred.
- Experience as a B2B or B2C copywriter or similar role.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this roles is between $59,000 to $81,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
