Position Summary : Responsible for managing the invoicing exceptions process through Black Knight or ICE (MSP). Analyzes invoicing system reports and ensures that all invoices are processed timely and appropriately.
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for running, interpreting, and analyzing LoanSphere invoicing system reports and for reviewing department exceptions; makes recommendations on course of action to resolve open invoices.
2. Serves as main point of contact for invoicing exceptions and works closely with vendors, attorneys, and internal departments to ensure SLA's are met.
3. Monitors and processes invoices submitted in the LoanSphere Invoicing System in a timely manner,
ensuring accuracy while reviewing each invoice for proper approvals and support documentation.
4. Performs audits of invoices that were "auto-approved" and escalates any issues to management; performs 2nd Lien Equity Analysis on delinquent loans.
5. Stays abreast on foreclosure and bankruptcy process steps within LoanSphere to ensure accuracy and
timeliness of invoices submitted by the firms.
6. Responsible for the overall default charge-off process.
7. Responsible for the exception process with invoice management, including, but not limited to, running reports, managing timelines, communicating with vendors, attorneys, and internal departments.
Requirements :
- Experience with Black Knight's (ICE) Invoicing system strongly preferred.
- Experience and working knowledge of MSP required.
- Experience with audit or review of invoices is preferred.
- Experience in the Mortgage industry with a concentration in default preferred.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $24.52 and $30.77 / hr. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge / skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
