As a Technical Project Manager specializing in Credit Card Onboarding, you will spearhead the implementation and integration of credit card programs onto our platform. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a proven track record in project management, and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, exemplifying exceptional customer service and upholding the company’s core values, culture, policies, and procedures at all times.
What You’ll Do:
- Takes ownership of deep learning about our software, its functions, and how it fulfills our customers' needs and how they use the product Cultivate new business relationships, maintain existing business relationships with customers and partners
- An essential function of this role requires onsite work to collaborate with other team members. Remote work can be conducted at managers discretion and in accordance with company hybrid policy.
- Credit Card Program Implementation: Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for credit card programs onto our platform, collaborating with internal teams and clients to define project scope and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align project expectations, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of project goals and timelines.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your experience in building or onboarding card programs to provide insights and guidance during the integration process, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and compliance standards.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources, and drive project execution while mitigating risks and ensuring quality delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to understand client needs, scope requirements, and establish implementation timelines.
- Manage and allocate resources across Technical Project Managers (at times), Implementation Specialists, and Implementation Engineers to ensure efficient project execution.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that all onboarding processes adhere to regulatory compliance and documentation standards, maintaining accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in onboarding processes and methodologies based on industry trends and client feedback.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical project management, ideally working with enterprise SaaS clients
- Proven expertise in managing complex projects, working against SOWs, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope
- Ability to create and implement new policies and procedures to optimize project execution and client satisfaction
- Strong technical knowledge, including experience with APIs, SQL, and basic coding knowledge
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical and business challenges
- Experience working cross-functionally with developers, product teams, and enterprise clients to deliver tailored solutions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations and the ability to distill technical information for diverse audiences.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
