Loan Funding Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Funding Specialist to join our growing team. As a Funding Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our clients secure the necessary financial support to achieve their goals. You will work directly with clients, lenders, and financial institutions to facilitate loan processing, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide excellent customer service throughout the funding process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with gathering and preparing necessary documentation for funding applications.
• Evaluate financial documents to determine eligibility for various funding programs.
• Liaise between clients, financial institutions, and lenders to ensure smooth communication and processing of loans.
• Provide guidance on available funding options and help clients understand the application process.
• Monitor and track the status of funding applications, ensuring timely processing and resolution of issues.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking client information, loan applications, and communications.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, funding opportunities, and regulatory changes.
• Ensure all funding processes comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in lending, funding, or financial services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting processes, and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
