Job Summary:
As a key member of our rapidly growing organization, the Sales Associate ultimately represents the face of the company by delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. You will be responsible for selling our products to fitness centers, or wellness-related businesses, catering businesses, hotels, offices, and other places where people need meals, as well as retail establishments
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue through the development and growth of new sales and increasing sales within existing accounts.
- Collect leads from various sources, such as network contacts, newspapers, business directories, industry advertisements, trade shows, websites, and others, to create sales opportunities.
- Travel within the assigned territory and/or visit regular and potential customers to secure orders.
- Exhibit or demonstrate products using samples or catalogs, highlighting their features.
- Quote prices, offer credit terms, and prepare sales contracts for secured orders.
- Input new customer data and sales information into the company database.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
- Previous experience in restaurant sales, food sales, professional catering, and/or working as a chef is highly desirable.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and energetic attitude with a strong team-oriented profile.
- Foster a positive and innovative environment that encourages individuals to engage with tasks and go beyond the call of duty to achieve key objectives.
- Driven and motivated to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes in all activities despite obstacles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.

Compensation:
- Pay range: $20 - $25 per hour, plus commissions.
