JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lobar, Inc. is seeking full-time Construction Jobsite Final Cleaner/Caulker. This position will spend most of their time in the field working on construction sites throughout the state of PA. Travel is expected in the role with the potential need to stay out of town. However, an 8-hour day is typical M-F. Since a lot of the work is outside, hours can be weather dependent and some weekend work may be required.
JOB DUTIES:
- Periodic and final cleanup of commercial construction jobsites including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows and vacuuming.
- Deep cleaning tasks for post-construction cleanup example removing debris and residue.
- Use of floor scrubber/buffing equipment.
- Waxing floors.
- Ability to do caulking a plus, but not required.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be detail-oriented and reliable.
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Authorized to work on federally funded job sites
