Job Role
This full-time on-site role as a Corporate Attorney involves day-to-day tasks such as drafting estate planning documents, providing legal advice, conducting research, and representing clients in various legal matters. You will work collaboratively with other attorneys and be responsible for attending meetings and drafting legal documents.
Requirements
- Experience in trusts and estates, particularly in complex irrevocable trusts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work well with a team and independently.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Admitted to the Nevada State Bar.
