POSITION OBJECTIVE : Reporting to the CEO, the business development sales professional is responsible for driving new business opportunities in our defined niches. Business Development will work closely with the company's executive team, marketing professionals, and estimators to generate leads and close sales for Loberg Construction. Business Development will focus on building long-term relationships with key decision makers and can articulate our value proposition to C-Level executives across multiple industries. He / She needs to understand how to navigate through complex deals over $2M in value and can close them on his / her own.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CREATE OPPORTUNITIES :
- Drive revenue for the company by establishing relationships with key contacts and decision-makers who lead us to new bidding opportunities
- Define, develop, and execute the lead qualification and demand generation process for the company
- Actively network with key strategic partners to promote the company's capabilities and reputation
