Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics or related sports, with a commitment to fostering a positive and encouraging environment for students of all ages. As a Gymnastics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching gymnastics skills, promoting physical fitness, and ensuring the safety of all participants.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging gymnastics lesson plans tailored to various skill levels.
- Teach fundamental gymnastics techniques, including tumbling, balance beam, uneven bars, and vaulting.
- Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere that encourages students to achieve their personal best.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance skill development.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a clean and organized training environment.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and any concerns.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Experience
- Previous experience in gymnastics instruction or coaching is preferred.
- Background in related fields such as health club operations, childcare, cheerleading, swim instruction, martial arts (Karate, Judo), basketball, or teaching physical education is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children and young adults.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A commitment to promoting physical fitness and healthy lifestyles among students.

Pay: $9.00 - $14.00 per hour
