We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Create a safe and stimulating learning environment for children
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and educational activities
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving, preschool teaching, infant care, nannying, or related roles
- Strong classroom management skills
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Familiarity with first aid procedures for young children
- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check clearance
