What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solar District Manager position at Lobo Solar LLC?
We are looking for a driven Solar District Manager to join our office and help build a world-class solar sales team.
As a Solar District Manager, you will recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of sales reps. We are a lead from the front organization, so the expectation is that managers lead by example with their sales numbers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple sales training sessions weekly
- Recruit and hire sales reps
- Sell solar via direct sales, and company set appointments, referrals, etc
- Area management: assign and monitor territories for a team of reps
- Help build a lasting culture of fun, personal development, and success
Qualifications:
- 2 years of solar sales experience preferred
- Sales management experience preferred
- Proven track record of personal sales volume
- Must possess strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
