Financial Success Specialist (Contact Center) Part-time, Farmington Office
LOC Credit Union, a full-service financial institution, is looking for a part-time Financial Success Specialist Contact Center Representative at our Farmington office. This role involves engaging over the phone with members to understand their financial needs, ensuring transactions are completed efficiently, accurately processing loan applications, and educating members on our products and services.
LOC is looking for someone with proficient communication and organizational skills, exceptional sales abilities, good computer skills, and a strong drive to assist both members and teammates. Prior experience in credit union or bank and a GED or high school diploma is required.
