ABOUT THE ROLE
Think of this as your official invitation to the Republic of Loca Loka. As our Brand Ambassador Extraordinaire, you’ll be the face of Loca Loka in your market, spreading the word, the vibes, and the tequila.
Your job? Simple: grow the brand, build connections, and create unforgettable experiences that shout, "Loca Loka lives here!"
From shaking hands (and cocktails) at events to strategizing behind the scenes, you’ll own every loco moment. This isn’t just a job; it’s a lifestyle and we’re ready to toast to your success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Here’s how you’ll bring the loco magic:
- On-Premise Growth: Hit the streets, bars, and lounges like a tequila-powered superhero. Build relationships, introduce the brand, and get Loca Loka on every shelf, menu, and bar top you can find.
- Drive the Buzz: Turn "What’s Loca Loka?" into "I NEED Loca Loka!" by organizing tastings, menu placements, and unforgettable consumption events.
- Live the Brand: You are Loca Loka. Drink it, share it, live it, and shout about it—online, offline, and everywhere in between.
- Training & Education: Teach bartenders, servers, and everyone in between why Loca Loka isn’t just tequila, it’s an experience. Weekly sessions to spread the agave gospel.
- Event Vibes: Represent the brand at festivals, trade shows, pop-ups, and anywhere people are thirsty for fun.
- Stay on Track: Keep tabs on your wins. Reporting, tracking, and celebrating all the loco progress you’re making.
- Communicate Like a Pro: Internally, externally, digitally. Ensure seamless updates, reports, and collabs with the Loca Loka fam.
- Amplify the Brand: Find unique ways to grow the brand, from killer sponsorships to creative activations. Bring the big ideas and make them happen.
DAY-TO-DAY TASKS
- Visit accounts regularly to build relationships with owners, managers, and bartenders.
- Host tastings and training sessions to spread the Loca Loka vibe.
- Build and maintain distributor relationships to ensure product availability and smooth operations.
- Update databases with new and existing accounts. Staying organized is your secret weapon.
- Represent Loca Loka at events, ensuring the brand is unforgettable.
- Keep expenses and reports up to date because we like to keep things smooth and accountable.
- Join team meetings, share ideas, and brainstorm like a pro. We love fresh, loco ideas.
