We’re seeking a talented and experienced General Manager to lead the daily operations of our location in Cedar Park, driving excellence in service, team management, and profitability.
Position Overview
The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a positive and productive environment for staff and an exceptional experience for our guests. This leadership role is essential in optimizing financial performance, maintaining high operational standards, and fostering a team culture aligned with our company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop staff to ensure high performance, teamwork, and morale. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage finances, including prime costs (COGs and labor), ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
- Customer Experience: Ensure the delivery of outstanding service and food quality, building strong relationships with customers and addressing feedback effectively.
- Compliance: Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Community Engagement: Support our commitment to locally owned and community-driven business practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and optimize costs and budgets.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and engage employees.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining high-quality standards.
