Duties
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for the sales team with potential clients.
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective customers to generate interest in our products and services.
- Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our offerings.
- Assist in business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving appointment-setting processes.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to support product development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or technology sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Experience in outbound calling and warm calling techniques.
- Familiarity with business development practices and market analysis.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other technology tools related to sales processes.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about our products and services to better assist clients.
