About Local Cleaners
Local Cleaners LLC is a growing Commercial Cleaning company based in Florissant, Missouri. What began as a commercial cleaning operation has evolved into a trusted provider for contractors and property developers across the region. We're now looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Business Office Assistant to support our leadership team and day-to-day operations.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. The position supports both internal operations and external client development.
Responsibilities
Sales Support & Lead Generation (40%)
- Make outbound calls and emails to potential commercial and construction clients
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for leadership or sales team
- Prepare and track proposals, manage CRM records, and support follow-ups
- Assist with outbound marketing and lead development projects
Administrative & Operational Support (40%)
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and job walks, and coordinate daily priorities
- Prepare bid documents, COIs, internal reports, and vendor paperwork
- Support client onboarding with platforms such as and MYCOI
- Maintain project trackers, digital filing systems, and internal SOPs
Human Resources Assistance (20%)
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee files
- Track timekeeping, attendance, certifications, and training logs
- Prepare payroll reports and ensure labor compliance requirements are met
- Coordinate employee engagement programs and internal communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role (admin, HR, or outbound sales)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling confidential HR information
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic CRM tools
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour, based on experience
- Bonus: Performance-based incentive opportunities available
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 15–30 hours per week
- Location: Florissant, MO (in-office with hybrid flexibility after onboarding)
