We are a busy janitorial company seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant to support our team in various administrative and janitorial tasks. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members and owner for various tasks as required.
- Assist in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Inspect customer buildings to ensure quality standards are being met and report to owner in detail.
- Manage office supplies inventory and assist with office management tasks to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
- General duties such as keeping the office clean and neat and doing business laundry are expected.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling various office tasks.
There is some flexibility with this position, but the ideal candidate could work 4 to 5 hours a day Monday through Thursday with the ideal hours being between 12:00pm to 5:00pm. If you prefer to work evenings, you could do that also; just talk to me about what your needs are and we’ll see if it could work. Much of this be done at any time of day. If you work days and could be flexible and help out with light commercial cleanings some evenings as needed that would be great, but it’s not a requirement for being considered for the position. If you are willing to do this, you could either get the extra hours or comp time; we could work something out.
Must have a clean criminal background, be drug-free, and have a valid drivers license.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
