Qualifications: Experience in banking or financial services. Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Lending experience is a plus.
_ Customer Service Representative (CSR) _
- Responsibilities: Assist customers with account-related inquiries and transactions. Oen and close accounts, process deposits and withdrawals. Build and maintain relationships with customers, offering personalized banking solutions.
- Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solving abilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Business Development and Lending Specialist; Business Banking Officer, Loan Officer
- Responsibilities: Promote and sell financial products (loans, savings, etc.). Manage customer accounts and identify sales opportunities. Evaluate and approve loan applications.
Qualifications: Strong sales experience. Knowledge of banking products and services. Ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
Financial Service Representatives (FSR/Tellers)
- Responsibilities: Process customer transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals and transfers. Manage cash flow and ensure accuracy. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues.
- Qualifications: Experience in cash handling and customer service. Strongattention to detail. Good communication skills.
