Job Opening: Part-Time Maintenance Person
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Person to assist with the upkeep of rental properties throughout Oregon, as well as maintenance tasks at a local car wash. This part-time position (20 hours per week) offers flexible hours and a salaried pay structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs on rental properties
- Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on a local car wash
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Work independently while ensuring quality and efficiency
Ideal Candidate:
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to respond quickly to maintenance needs
- Experienced in general repairs, property maintenance, and basic mechanical work
- Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule
- Possesses a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
