Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver fresh produce to customers' homes and businesses within the designated routes.
- Load and unload produce to ensure safe transport and delivery of high-quality products.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing any delivery-related concerns or questions.
- Handle produce with care to maintain its freshness and integrity.
- Use GPS or delivery software to follow optimized routes and maintain on-time deliveries.
- Communicate promptly with the team to report delivery status, delays, or issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, such as confirming delivery logs or payments, if needed.
Requirements:
- A clean driving record with no tickets or moving violations in the last 4 years is mandatory.
- You must be 25 years of age or older to be eligible for inclusion under our company insurance policy.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry produce boxes up to 40 pounds.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with local Jacksonville routes and neighborhoods is a plus.
- Prior delivery or driving experience preferred but not required.
Salary : $800 - $1,000
