Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and creativity among staff members.
- Ability to execute heavy lifting when operating on truck (50-100lbs)
- Being transparent about pros and cons of workplace practices to further progress overall
- Proficiency with or ability to learn driving a truck with trailer
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role.
- Excellent knowledge of food management practices, including safety standards and sanitation regulations.
- Experience in supervising food production processes and managing kitchen operations effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for cooking and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
