Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop project schedules using tools such as MS Project and ProCore to track progress and adjust timelines as necessary.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution effectively.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets while managing costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project status, changes, and any potential delays.
- Ensure all contracts are adhered to and manage any contractual disputes that may arise.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.
- Proficiency in construction software such as Bluebeam, ProCore (or similar) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of plan reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams on construction sites while fostering a collaborative work environment.
