DESIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:
- Proficient skills in cash handling, math, and phone answering
- Proficient with personal computers and ten key.
- Proficient in data entry and able to complete required shift paperwork accurately
- Excellent skills in guest service and human relations
- Available to work all shifts
- Willingness to learn all areas of cage responsibility (cross-training)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
- Tolerance for secondary smoke and high noise levels
- Ability to tolerate prolonged standing
- Possession of required work cards, such as a gaming card
- Understanding of gaming control board regulations (Title 31) and house policies
- Safeguarding company assets and adhering to federal and Nevada state statutes and regulations.
- Providing answers to guest's questions about business policies and promotional events.
- Knowing cage check-cashing services to all guests.
- Effectively communicating with immediate supervisor, security, and slot shift managers.
- Possessing a learn-oriented work ethic and assisting other team members with daily job functions.
- Reporting to the cage supervisor or director.
- Interacting with food, beverage, slot, security, and accounting departments.
- May be assigned additional duties based on business demands.
