What are the responsibilities and job description for the New Home Sales Consultant position at Local Home Builder?
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through proactive calling and emailing efforts.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with realtors to generate leads and referrals.
- Actively network to expand connections and promote the company’s brand.
- Market, sell, and close deals on newly constructed homes, homes under construction, and custom homes.
- Maintain a clean, presentable, and welcoming model home environment at all times.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of floor plans, standard vs. upgraded options, community standards, and available homesites, and effectively communicate this information to potential clients.
- Learn and articulate the differences between home loan and new home construction loan processes to prospective buyers.
- Travel to locations in Mustang, Moore, and SW Oklahoma City to show homes and meet with clients.
- Be flexible with the location of your model home base, working at both Mustang and Moore as needed.
- Achieve sales goals and earn a bonus for every sale, with opportunities to increase your income based on your performance.
