Hospitality Group in Raleigh, NC seeks skilled, experienced and knowledgeable General Manager(s) to lead operations in established, award-winning concepts. Candidates will answer directly to the owner and be responsible for the day-to-day operations and success of their relative location. Responsibilities will include all GENERAL facets that foster a highly successful business, build competitive teams and create incredible experiences for our guests.
We are established in the very relevant and desirable Raleigh, NC market. Our locations cover almost all areas of the Nightlife, Music, Drinking, Brewing, and Food Industries. We create, maintain, operate and evolve trend-forward, relevant venues. Each brand is unique in concept delivery.
We are currently operating 5 brands with 2 new projects already underway. We will be interviewing regularly and are always looking for great people. We have no lack of opportunity for our current team and the new winners we will continue to bring aboard.
We are looking to hire no fewer than two (2) General Managers for various opportunities at this time.
Candidates should share the owner’s passion and commitment to culture, detail and the drive to deliver a successful, diverse portfolio of high quality concepts. Nightlife
- Focus on music, alcoholic beverages, and fast pace

Cocktail Bars and Restaurant
- Focus on atmosphere, chef driven food, craft cocktails, and points-of-service
- Craft cocktail program development, execution, and training
- Elevated service and elevated spaces
- Fast paced service while needing staff to remain cool, calm and collected.
- Some have food, some do not
- Private Event Booking and Execution
Brewery and Cocktail Bar GM
- Focus on craft beer, craft cocktails, music, atmosphere, and hustle
- Craft beer and craft cocktail program development, execution and training
- High volume setting during parts of some days; table service during others
- Event and promo creativity and execution
- DJ and Live Music management and booking
- Casual Food setting via food truck operation
- Private Event Booking and Execution

Responsibilities
- Revenue growth
- Day-to-day operations
- Employee recruiting to include assistant managers, bar managers, and chef/sous chefs
- Employee training to include assistant managers, bar managers, and chef/sous chefs
- Attention to Front-of-the-House operations
- Attention and assistance to Back-of-the-House operations (in concepts with food)
- Emerging food trends (in concepts with food)
- Craft cocktail program training/development
- Craft beer program training/development
- Music and atmosphere
- All aspects of running a successful operation
Required qualifications
- Flexible schedule with availability to include evening/weekend hours
- Strong team player while still being able to excel independently
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain high functionality under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Self-starter who’s able to initiate new projects amid the ebb and flow of the “hustle”
- 5 years of direct industry experience. 3 years of General Manager or Assistant GM experience
Preferred qualifications for the ideal candidate
- Positive and team-driven leadership
- Medium size corporate experience, preferably chef founded and/or bar program driven operations.
- Experience in large, trend-forward markets
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in the Raleigh market
- Passion for details
- Passion for operating busy, elevated drinking environment
- Passion for revenue growth and maximizing profits
Physical requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to stoop, crawl, twist, turn, lift, kneel, climb ladders and stairs
- Ability to regularly lift and carry 44 pound boxes
- Ability to work in an environment where noise, temperature and humidity levels may vary
- Ability to safely operate kitchen and bar equipment
Compensation & Benefits
