Job Description

We are seeking an Executive And Personal Assistant To Influencer And Designer to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for the CEO, including calendar management, day to day assisting with social media and influencer campaigns. The role requires the ability to interact and communicate effectively in a fast-pace environment, remain flexible proactive, resourceful, effective and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. You will need to demonstrate the ability to complete tasks and assignments with minimal supervision in a detail-oriented, process driven, reliable manner in line with the business activities and goals

Hourly : $20-$35 DOE

Responsibilities :

Handle administrative needs of Executive
Arrange conference calls and meetings
Pick up packages, unboxing, breaking down packages
Steaming, hanging, folding, organizing samples and products
Manage dressing samples and coordinate returns
Research social media trends and opportunities
Assist in brand and personal content shooting
Assist in social media editing
Assist in content and graphic creation
Maintain and order supplies

Qualifications :

You display an initiative driven : solutions focused approach with the ability to communicate across all levels

Proactive at contributing and supporting the work of others and are understanding of the importance of collaborative working relationships

Okay working in a solo environment and be a self-starter

Tech savvy and quick learner with new systems

Strong organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Strong attention to detail

Experience, Skills and Knowledge

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Diplomacy and discretion skills

Strong writing skills

Excellent organization and time management skills

Ability to deal with fast-paced and changing environments

A keen eye for detail

Ability to multi-task and work towards numerous simultaneous deadlines

Prior event, marketing management and / or graphic designing experience preferred

Prior social media marketing experience preferred

Salary : $20 - $35
