Position Overview

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

· $37,000 - $50,000 Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $55,000 - $90,000/yr

Responsibilities

· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

· Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

· Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

· BILINGUAL - FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH - STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY

· Ability to commute to our office in either North Myrtle Beach, Little River, or Myrtle Beach, SC

· Current South Carolina Property and Casualty License – Required

· 2 years of active insurance sales and customer service experience – Preferred

· Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

· Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

· People-oriented

· Detail oriented

· Proactive in problem solving

· Able to learn computer functions

· Ability to work in a team environment

This position is with a local agent, not with corporate. Employees of agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Agents are independent owners who hire their own employees. Agents’ employees are not employees of any corporate entity or corporation the Agent represents.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
