Who We Are
Local Jungle is currently a two-person agency and hiring for two more full time positions. The owner has been in online marketing for twenty years with fortune 500 client experience. Our second employee also has twenty years of experience as a full-stack developer.
We offer local online marketing services which include: websites, PPC, local SEO, analytics, CRO, SMM, graphic design, & more. Our clients consist of family-operated small businesses that run high-end independent auto repair shops (2-5 million in sales) that compete against dealerships.
We currently have thirty clients and routinely turn down new work because of bandwidth constraints. In five years of marketing for auto repair shops, we have not lost one customer, which is extremely rare and proof of our superior services. We are now gearing up to grow as fast as possible without any drop in our clients' marketing performance.
Our mission: To serve 100 auto repair shops by Dec 31st, 2025 and 500 (.3% of repair shops in the USA) by Dec 31st, 2026. How? By having the most effective marketing by not selling unneeded services that do not benefit our clientele.

Job Description
The Local Jungle team is looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Operations Manager.
The Ops Manager is responsible for optimizing all aspects & departments of the business. They design & implement company infrastructure to boost productivity & efficiency, while reducing friction and mitigating/preventing day-to-day fires.
You, along with the owner, will be responsible for fully systemizing the business across departments to ensure seamless workflows that enable the business to scale our services. Once our systems are in place you will be in charge of hiring, and managing new employees. The application code word is LOCAL. The owner's responsibility will be to continue to make sure clients receive better results than the competition, which is the key to sustainable growth.
This is an in office only position. Our current office is in the Southeast Corner of Denver (Monaco & Leetsdale), but we have the ability to move to a new location.
This is a critical position within the business, and as such, we host a rigorous, 4-part application process.
Responsibilities (Tasks Associated With The Role)
- Oversee and manage daily operations within the digital marketing department.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational systems, processes, and best practices to ensure optimal campaign execution.
- Hire, train, and supervise team members, ensuring professional growth and development.
- Clarify and optimize roles and responsibilities across the company
- Manage technology stack and tools, ensuring all systems are utilized efficiently and integrated smoothly.
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage third-party service providers and platforms.
- Own and maintain a centralized project management system in ClickUp
- Build a scalable data collection and display infrastructure.
- Remove stress from the executive team as much as possible.
- Create and oversee project plans, including what work needs to be done by other team members and the CEO in order to deliver exceptional results to clients
- Work with the CEO to determine values, mission, and plan for long term goals.
- Stay updated with the latest operational trends and technologies to keep the agency at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)
- Proven results as an operations manager, integrator, or similar position.
- Experience with project management software, CRM software, data analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in local digital marketing channels and techniques is a big plus
- Mindset & drive — you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of obstacles or failure.
- Self-starter — you have a proven track record of self-management, able to manage your schedule, your team, and deadlines without micromanagement.
- Strong manager, and a keen interest to develop this skill set even further.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
- Highly resourceful and loves learning new things.
- Data-Driven: you are able to analyze data and make critical decisions based on the data collected.
