Job Summary : A Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations during their designated shift, ensuring exceptional guest service, food quality, and adherence to company policies and procedures. They lead and support the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence and a positive experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership :
Supervise and motivate entire restaurant team
Delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring the team works efficiently and cooperatively.
Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate daily goals, special promotions, and any relevant updates.
Guest Engagement :
Ensure outstanding guest service by addressing guest concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate actions to improve service quality.
Operational Management :
Ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently, including opening and closing procedures.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain quality and consistency.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to prevent wastage
Quality Control :
Enforce food safety and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Conduct regular checks to maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant. Monitor proper portion control and food presentation to meet company standards.

Promotions and Upselling :

Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous restaurant experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
