```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, weed-eating, trimming and landscaping. Snow removal in the winter.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues and recommend repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs completed.
```Experience```
- Idealy some Knowledge of basic lawn/landscaping practices.
- Some mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair machinery is helpful.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with residents or tenants.
- Valide drivers license and even better a Clean Driving record
- Personal phone to login to an app for work schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
Work Location: In person
