The Role:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator role supports our web design team and customer
service department by performing various project related tasks that contribute to the
overall success of the company. This position requires someone with exceptional
administrative skills who seeks the highest good for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients’ websites and align content with keywords and SEO best practices.
- Set up client campaigns in SEO reporting software, including identification of keywords and competitors.
- Keyword research for websites, not limited to: content, titles, headings, links and tags.
- Audit keyword reporting for high and low performing keywords. Identify areas of improvement for client content.
- Weekly reporting on outstanding SEO items that need to be completed.
- Routine review of website audits to identify and fix any issues affecting SEO. This may involve troubleshooting website issues and researching appropriate solutions.
- Responsible for documenting processes relevant to the position and identifying areas for improvement.
- Innovate and improve existing processes for finding and utilizing backlinks.
- Work directly with copywriters, designers, and additional team members for ongoing projects.
Requirements:
- We are currently working remotely, so high-speed internet service and a dedicated workspace are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team and independently.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work quickly, but with accuracy.
- Ability to shift between tasks while managing multiple projects.
- Strong sense of personal accountability, ownership of your work, and good time
management.
- Experience in customer support or customer-facing communication.
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
- Ability to attend a weekly in-person meeting on Friday mornings in the Murphy/Parker/Wylie, TX area.
- Availability to complete work during standard business hours
Experience:
- Associate’s degree in marketing or 4 year’s military experience is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and editing documents (G Suite & Microsoft).
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with SEO tools & AI
- Experience with HTML and/or CSS
