Assistant Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the business, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Support sales initiatives by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
• Participate in employee orientation and training programs to ensure staff are well-prepared for their roles.
• Assist in recruiting efforts by identifying potential candidates and conducting interviews as needed.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail or management role, preferably as an Assistant Manager or similar position.
• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with customers.
• Ability to sell products effectively while promoting brand loyalty.
• Experience in employee orientation and training is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making is required.
