Marketing Director (Contractor) – Mojo Boston
The Role:
Mojo Boston is looking for a contract-based Marketing Director to lead our social media activity, content strategy, and marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for creating content, managing content calendars, and coordinating with our production and media teams. Working closely with our leadership team, you’ll play a key role in shaping our brand’s online presence and event marketing.

Responsibilities:
Focus on growing our social media reach and audience engagement on @mojoboston & @localmojo socials.
Maintain a consistent brand image across social media and physical events
Develop and execute an attainable content posting schedule to keep followers engaged
Oversee and coordinate the marketing team (videographers, photographers, social media managers)
Plan team meetings and assign tasks ahead of each event
Clearly communicate content deadlines to the media team following events
Provide creative direction while allowing team members creative freedom
Collaborate with the leadership team to refine marketing strategies
Who We’re Looking For:
A seasoned marketing coordinator/analyst or marketing manager with at least one year of experience
Proven experience in growing social media accounts and increasing engagement
Preferably a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Skilled in planning, launching, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to adjust strategies as needed
Someone who loves live music, nightlife, and creative collaboration
