Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations in a dynamic and fast-paced sportbar. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the bar staff, ensuring the quality of beverages, and maintaining inventory control while creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Train and mentor bar staff on proper techniques for food preparation, beverage service, and customer interaction.
- Develop and implement creative cocktail menus that align with the restaurant's fine dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure seamless service during banquets and special events.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting a safe working environment.
- Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance their dining experience through excellent customer service.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques and inventory management practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not required.
- Experience in fine dining settings is highly desirable.
- Ability to train staff effectively and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
