Job Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to expand our commercial landscape maintenance division. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving the growth of our commercial maintenance services. You will work closely with the leadership and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience from sales to service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales & Client Acquisition :
Develop new client relationships and expand our footprint in the commercial landscape maintenance sector.
Build strong relationships with commercial clients to establish trust and long-term partnerships.
Work with department heads to align growth efforts between Maintenance and Install teams.
Identify and pursue opportunities to grow our client base in various commercial sectors.

This is a full-time role based in Pittsburgh, PA. The position requires adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of our company and clients. The first 90 days will serve as a probationary period to evaluate mutual fit.
