The Role
As a Landscape Maintenance Estimator, you’ll play a crucial role in accurately estimating commercial landscape maintenance and snow removal accounts. You will also occasionally estimate residential projects and commercial planting or landscape installation projects throughout the year. You’ll leverage advanced, automated tools to streamline your workflow, working closely with our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and production teams to ensure seamless project execution from proposal to completion.

What You'll Do
Estimating & Proposal Development
- Accurately estimate commercial landscape maintenance and snow removal projects
- Utilize highly automated software tools to analyze sites, produce estimates, and create comprehensive proposal packages
- Adapt estimating processes to accommodate residential and commercial planting or landscape installation projects, ensuring accuracy and scalability in your estimates.
- Commercial planting or landscape installation projects as needed
- Conduct detailed site assessments and measurements when needed to support accurate proposals
- Continuously refine estimating processes to increase accuracy, efficiency, and profitability
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner closely with the sales team (BDRs) to ensure proposals meet client needs and expectations
- Act as the liaison between sales and production, clearly communicating project scope, budget, and details
- Work proactively with the maintenance production team to guarantee smooth hand-off and execution of approved projects
Data & Systems Management
- Manage and update project information within company software systems (LMN, SiteRecon, etc.)
- Maintain accurate documentation of all estimates and proposal revisions

- Salary: $65,000 annually

What We're Looking For
- Prior experience estimating commercial planting or landscape installation projects accurately and at scale
- 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance estimating, project management, or related roles
- Familiarity with automated estimating software or ability to quickly learn new systems
- Strong understanding of commercial landscape and snow removal practices
- Exceptional organizational skills with an emphasis on accuracy and detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across sales and production teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
