Summary:
Deliver orders and collect payment from customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner
representative of the high standards of our restaurant. Supports other revenues streams as
catering, events, and the marketing department. Takes order through our online platform, phones,
or catering department. This is the supported by our Mission Statement: To create the perfect
neighborhood restaurant one colorful table at a time
Responsibilities:
- Make deliveries of our product to residential and commercial locations.
- Assist with answering phones, taking orders, and expo orders, as needed.
- Assist the restocking and replenishment of product and supplies as stipulated in the shift duties.
- Generate an efficient and timely delivery route that minimizes customer wait times when
delivering more than one order.
- Learn the names and recognize regular guests that are specific to the demographic that
includes companies in the surrounding area.
- Accept guest payment, process credit card charges, and make change (if applicable).
- Clean and maintain all company vehicles and work areas associated with the job function.
- Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues to the restaurant manager.
- Listen to and report customers' complaints regarding services or orders directly to the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a valid USA driver license.
- Must have your own method of transportation.
- May be required to lift up to 50lbs.
- This is a tipped position.
