What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Office Administrator position at Local Wholesale Company?
- Responsible for handling A/P and A /R
- Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
- Match purchase orders with vendors' invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Produce monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss statement
- Inventory recording
- Payroll processing - Outside financial institution handles our tax and payroll

1. Minimum 3 years experiences of bookkeeping & office administration works
2. Familiar with Quickbook Pro, Excel, Microsoft word
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Detail oriented, Responsible person
