*Job Summary* We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service. *Responsibilities* - Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave - Manage reservations and seating arrangements - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area - Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism - Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service - Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials *Requirements* - Prior experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in phone etiquette - Familiarity with POS systems is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong customer service skills - Knowledge of food service procedures and restaurant operations - Passion for delivering exceptional guest services
