WHO YOU ARE
The Platform Success Specialist will play a pivotal role in accelerating our new AdTech platform’s adoption and self-service revenue growth. Acting as a trusted advisor to Locality’s partners and customers, this role blends customer onboarding, strategic consultation, and AdTech expertise to drive platform success.
You will work closely with advertisers, agencies, and partners to help them maximize the power of our AdTech Platform, ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, and platform optimization. Your ability to guide customers through the self-service SaaS experience while identifying expansion opportunities will be key to success.
- Drive Adoption: Lead partner onboarding and activation, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform.
- Strategic Partner Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor, helping partners understand how to best leverage our AdTech platform for maximum ROI.
- Customer Training & Support: Conduct product demonstrations, create training materials, and troubleshoot technical issues when needed.
- Revenue & Growth Focus: Align platform success with revenue objectives, tracking RFP creation, campaign spend, and self-service adoption. Identify areas for upsell and improvement for comprehensive revenue impact.
- Optimize Customer Journeys: Identify usage trends and proactively reduce churn, increase engagement, and improve user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support to influence feature development and partner success strategies.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback to continuously refine platform strategies.
- Advocate for Partners: Gather partner insights and work with internal teams to enhance the platform’s features, usability, and overall experience.
- Travel 30%-40% as needed to support business development and partner engagement.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- 3 years of experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or SaaS customer success.
- Background in digital media, DSPs, CTV, or advertising technology platforms.
- Strong consultative skills—able to educate, advise, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to troubleshoot platform issues while keeping a focus on strategic guidance.
- A data-driven mindset, with experience tracking KPIs and measuring success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable engaging with C-suite executives and media buyers.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Passion for local advertising, self-service platforms, and customer empowerment.
Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary of $75,000 – $90,000 in addition to a lucrative commission plan that can bring potential earnings up to $93,750 - $112,500 (dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package (including but not limited to health care benefits, retirement benefits and paid days off).
