We collaborate closely with our clients' marketing teams, subcontractors, and sales teams to create products that effectively cater to their target markets.
As a creative and energetic interior designer, you will be responsible for utilizing cutting-edge design applications and staying abreast of current market trends. Key Responsibilities:
- Designing model homes, clubhouses, and multi-family interiors for national and regional builders and developers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, builder customers, subcontractors, and marketing teams
- Developing designs that meet client budgets and desired demographic targets
- Traveling to in-state and out-of-state projects, including installation sites
- Presenting designs to client decision-makers via video conferencing or in-person meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B model home, clubhouse, and/or multi-family interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams
- Strong space planning, furniture selection, color composition, retailing, and design trend knowledge
- Excellent project management and communication skills
