Job Summary:
LOCG LLC, is looking to hire a Porter to perform janitorial duties at a governmental site in AK. This position will work with supervision utilizing communication to ensure satisfactory work progress. The ideal candidate will be able to perform duties to the highest of standards, utilizing best practices, and ensuring safety and security is their top priority.
Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspections of quality
- utilize mobile application to perform and document work completion
- Notify management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a janitor
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- High school degree
Job Type: Part-time
