ResponsibilitiesClean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activitiesNotify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairsMaintain quality restroomCooperate with the rest of the staffFollow all health and safety regulationsRemove trash and debris from trashcans, parking lots, and dispose of trash using personal vehicle to an approved dumpsiteDescription of work Description of Work – Clean two (2) Double Vault Toilet Restroom Buildings, remove all garbage at each garbage can station, and pick up litter/loose trash in the immediate vicinity of each of the toilet buildings, garbage can stations, and four (4) parking lots at the Recreation Site.Employee shall perform work prior to 3 pm each day, which will be determined by management, the start and ending time of each shift.Employee shall sweep and wash all restroom floorsEmployee shall thoroughly wash and disinfect toilets, grab bars and door handles (inside and outside). This includes the inside/outside of the risers, seats and covers.Employee shall wipe down interior wallsEmployee shall sweep away cobwebs inside and outside restroomsEmployee shall fill all toilet paper dispensersEmployee shall empty garbage can stations and shall replace with new garbage liner bags daily. Garbage shall be hauled away daily to an appropriate waste disposal facility.Employee shall immediately report incidents of vandalism, breakage and equipment malfunction to management. Employee shall sweep the concrete walkway area directly in front and adjoining restrooms and disposal of all trashEmployee shall pick up litter/loose trash next to toilet buildings, garbage can stations, and parking lots at the Recreation Site. Haul garbage away daily to an appropriate waste disposal facilityEmployee shall not drop any objects into vaults
