We are seeking a Senior Program Manager with a strong focus on creative design to lead our communications team in delivering impactful, high-quality outreach. In this pivotal role, you will develop forward-thinking strategies, partner with diverse stakeholders, and build a culture where every voice is valued.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead & Inspire : Oversee a dynamic communications team, including writers, editors, graphic designers, videographers, animators, photographers, media and social media specialists, conference planners, web content managers, and 508 compliance remediators.
- Innovative Strategy Development : Craft and execute digital marketing strategies to elevate the DHS Science & Technology Directorate (S&T) initiatives and technology programs.
- Contract & Budget Management : Track and manage contract budgets and ensure accurate, timely updates to clients on project milestones, staffing, budget status, and communications opportunities.
- Client Engagement : Maintain clear communication with clients, providing insights on contractor activities and COD promotional opportunities.
Location : Remote (Must reside within commuting distance of Washington, DC)
