Position Summary:
Loch Lloyd Country Club is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Part-Time Concierge to provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests during the day, evening and/or weekend hours. The Concierge will serve as the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a remarkable experience through efficient administrative tasks, greeting, and directing guests, as well as assisting with member needs.
Essential Functions:
- First Point of Contact: Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Guest Assistance: Direct visitors to the appropriate team member and provide any necessary assistance.
- Telephone Support: Answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, take messages, and relay information to the appropriate departments.
- Reservations: Assist with court reservation, group fitness reservations and events, ensuring efficient and organized scheduling for members.
- Member Assistance: Respond to questions regarding ongoing club services, amenities, and events.
- Clubhouse Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness of the Clubhouse, including stocking restrooms daily and general cleanliness of the weightroom, courts, and group fitness center.
- Administrative Support: Provide assistance with administrative tasks, such as making copies, sending faxes, and managing member requests.
- Lost & Found: Handle lost and found claims in a timely and organized manner.
- Safety and Security: Coordinate transportation for members and guests when necessary to ensure their safety.
- Professional Representation: Represent Loch Lloyd Country Club in a professional manner at all times.
- Other Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned to enhance the member experience.

Physical Abilities:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Use of hands for handling objects, tools, or controls.
- Ability to speak and hear consistently.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work flexible, non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage based on experience. Flexible hours with the opportunity to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
