The Laborer of Viridity performs manual labor and handles all routine and physical tasks related to the creation, care and maintenance of assigned project responsibilities.

Job Description

Essential Functions

• Help deliver the overall construction of property projects from start to finish, ensuring proper completion of various tasks related to the project.
• Use skillful handwork with various tools such as shovels and rakes.
• Operate small pieces of equipment safely and efficiently as instructed by Team Leads.
• Precisely finish work in accordance with direction from Team Leads.
• Ensure that all elements of the assigned project tasks are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with other various projects, as needed.
• Represent Viridity and its related affiliates in a professional manner at all times.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Skills And Experience

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate preferred.
• Prior experience in a laborer role preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to listen and follow instructions, as well as a willingness to continue to learn.
• Desire to advance and learn the trade.
• Proficient in Spanish speaking ability preferred.
