- Help deliver the overall construction of property projects from start to finish, ensuring proper completion of various tasks related to the project.
- Use skillful handwork with various tools such as shovels and rakes.
- Operate small pieces of equipment safely and efficiently as instructed by Team Leads.
- Precisely finish work in accordance with direction from Team Leads.
- Ensure that all elements of the assigned project tasks are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with other various projects, as needed.
- Represent Viridity and its related affiliates in a professional manner at all times.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities.
- Highly motivated and energetic.
- Dependable, practicing regular and prompt attendance.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to perform multifaceted projects in conjunction with daily activities.
- Ability to interact effectively with all associates.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate preferred.
- Prior experience in a laborer role preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to listen and follow instructions, as well as a willingness to continue to learn.
- Desire to advance and learn the trade.
- Proficient in Spanish speaking ability preferred.
