We’re looking for a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented subcontractor/facilities manager to join our growing team and help us maintain the cleanliness of our 2 dialysis centers, which are about 5 miles apart.

Job Description:
As a Janitorial Subcontractor/Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of our dialysis centers in the Eufaula, AL area.The work is part-time and will require you to work 6* days a week, with a total of 12 hours per week. The shift is for Monday - Saturday, anytime between 6PM - Midnight(Must be on a consistent schedule anytime during the available hours)*
Daily responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing all designated areas of the facility.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Emptying wastebaskets and replacing liners.
- Cleaning restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and counters.
The subcontractor/facilities manager will have a MANDATORY checklist to go by when cleaning, using an app, to ensure that ALL SERVICES are completed. The ideal candidate MUST have an eye for DETAIL and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must have your own equipment, including a vacuum cleaner, mop & bucket, microfiber towels, etc.
- Smartphone required for communication and app usage.
- Must have reliable and consistent transportation.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Primary income must come from another source (this is a part-time/supplemental position).
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Schedule and Pay:
- Hours: Around 12 hours per week.
- 3.5 hours/day, 6 days/week
- Pay: $16 -$18/hr (approximately $800/month)
- Schedule: Evening shift, Monday - Saturday(Must be on a consistent schedule anytime during the available hours)
