Job Description:

As a Janitorial Subcontractor/Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing one of our medical facilities in Columbus. The work is part-time and will require you to work 5 days a week, with a total of 8 hours per week. The shift is for 1.5 hours Thursday - Monday with varying start times: Monday & Thursday anytime from 8:30pm-midnight, Saturday & Sunday anytime from 3:30pm-midnight, & Friday anytime from 4:30pm-midnight(Must be on a consistent schedule anytime during the available hours)

Daily responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing all designated areas of the facility.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Emptying wastebaskets and replacing liners.
• Cleaning restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and counters.

You will be expected to follow a MANDATORY checklist for the facility, accessible via an app, to ensure services are completed on schedule and meet our high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Must have your own equipment, including a vacuum cleaner, mop & bucket, microfiber towels, etc.
• Smartphone required for communication and app usage.
• Must have reliable and consistent transportation.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Primary income must come from another source (this is a part-time/supplemental position).
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Schedule and Pay:

• Hours: 8 hours per week.
• 1.5hours/day, 5 days/week
• Pay: $15/hr (approximately $500/month)
• Schedule: Evening shift, Thursday - Monday(Must be on a consistent schedule nytime during the available hours)
